Do you need some new thoughts? Even though we humans think over 60,000 thoughts a day, at least 80% of them are recycled from the day before and the day before that. We succumb to the relentless stories and beliefs that circulate through our neural fibers, which is really just a programmed system (and usually someone else’s program), without giving much consideration to how well they are serving us or whether they’re even true. We’ve reached a point in our evolution where it’s time to take charge of what’s happening on the inside and the kind of mental, emotional and spiritual energy we’re putting out into the world.
What does this have to do with drama? Well, drama starts somewhere… and it’s inside us. DRAMA, as I define it, consists of thought patterns that are Disempowering, Reactive, Assumption-based, Maladaptive and Addictive. Most people know drama when they see it on the outside, in the behaviors of their coworkers, friends, or teenage kids (I hear that one a lot.) But they don’t know how to identify it within themselves. This is a deficit–not from being a fault, but from a lack of awareness–because the drama thinking we embody sets our vibrational tone and influences not only our outlook, but also the kinds of experiences the Law of Attraction will deliver to us.
When we can be intentional about our thinking, effectively navigating the chaos within as well as the drama in our outer environments, we can achieve a whole new level of freedom and joy–one that is innately available to us when we allow rather than resist it. There is an authentic thriving that we are so deeply worthy of living, but it’s up to us to learn how to claim it. The Drama-Free Way book will help you gain new insights and build skills to get out of your own way and let life be more easy, fun and fulfilling. Get your free download today!
